LANSING, MI--Freshman distance runner Krystal Jones-Bostic has been a one act show the entire cross country season. She hit the course once again on Saturday as the lone Lady Mustang to compete.

On Saturday, Lansing's Grand Park would be the site of the 5K Lansing Community College Invitational. Krystal Jones-Bostic, who left competitive running for a short period of time, returned for the inaugural cross country season at Marygrove and has improved every meet. She completed the 5K event with a personal record time of 24:52. The time would be good enough for a 100th place finish.

The Mustangs hit the road for the Michigan Intercollegiate Meet at Calvin College this Friday. The meet may be the last women's event before the USCAA National Championship in Hew Hampshire early November.
