GARY, IN-On Friday, the Mustangs suffered a 66-45 loss at the hand of the host and #2 seed Redhawks of Indiana University Northwest. The season-ending loss came in the opening round of the A.I.I. Tournament.

Although nice outdoors on Saturday, the Mustangs were very chilly indoors on their way to a cool 18% from the floor for the game.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich.-A long-awaited USCAA match-up ended up in the oppositions favor as the host Rochester College Warriors edged the Mustangs, 50-44. The Warriors used a strong start to keep the Mustangs at bay for much of the game before a late run put the game up in the air.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-A midweek showdown in Grand Rapids against the Grace Bible College Tigers was all the womens' basketball team needed to get back on track after their three game losing streak. The Mustangs (9-11) put the pedal to the floor from the tip en route to a 95-76 taming of the Tigers.

GARY, Ind.-A key NAIA/USCAA battle took place Saturday inside the Savannah Center on the campus of Indiana University Northwest. The host Redhawks wore down the Mustangs with dominant post play from one of the NAIA's best centers in the country, Sharon Houston.

WINDSOR, Ont.-A road trip across the border did not come as a vacation for the Mustangs. With their shots not falling, the Mustangs were unable to overcome a 10-point halftime deficit and eventually lost a close battle, 66-55. A 29% effort from the field hindered the Mustangs from overtaking the Saints lead.
