GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-A midweek showdown in Grand Rapids against the Grace Bible College Tigers was all the womens' basketball team needed to get back on track after their three game losing streak. The Mustangs (9-11) put the pedal to the floor from the tip en route to a 95-76 taming of the Tigers.
GARY, Ind.-A key NAIA/USCAA battle took place Saturday inside the Savannah Center on the campus of Indiana University Northwest. The host Redhawks wore down the Mustangs with dominant post play from one of the NAIA's best centers in the country, Sharon Houston.

CANTON, Ohio-The Mustangs hit the road for Ohio over the holiday break to participate in the Malone/Walsh Classic on the 29th & 30th. Injuries plagued the Mustangs in both games against the NAIA Ohio powers as they dropped both to slide to 5-7 on the season.
